In 2013, Demba Kah, Chamlbee’s Environmental Club president, started a monthly water monitoring project. The club also led workshops to teach community members and students how to start their own water monitoring campaigns. The Chamblee Charter High School Environmental Club successfully installed 10 rain barrels, 4 compost bins, and launched media campaigns for environmental education.
